Agent18 sent me this cool purple Velocity Case to try on my iPhone 5. I know my phone is sadly outmoded, but this case also fits the iPhone 5S and the new iPhone SE.
The Velocity case comes in several bright colors but I picked purple. The rubber is smooth and it feels great in my hand. It seems thick enough to withstand a short drop, though I’m not brave enough to test it out! All ports and buttons are completely accessible and everything is lined up nicely.
Unlike other silicone phone cases I’ve tried, this case doesn’t stick in my pocket. It also hasn’t collected any lint or hair which, in my experience, is unheard of for a rubber-type case.
I give it 4 stars because the very top and the strip below the Home button are a little flimsy. The bottom strip moves quite a bit and I think it could have been molded a little thicker and sturdier. The top of the case curves out slightly and doesn’t sit snug to the phone, but it doesn’t move around.
