Crooked Creek Life does its utmost to ensure that every item is exactly how our customers order it. If we have made an error, please contact us to initiate an exchange for the corrected item. Photo evidence of the error will be required and the buyer must return the incorrect item before a new item will be crafted and shipped.
If possible we will reuse the item, making corrections as needed (i.e. decals can be removed from ornaments and reapplied), so buyers should take care to repackage the incorrect item so that it does not arrive damaged. If damage does happen during transit, the buyer will be responsible for a portion of the replacement costs. They may make a claim with the USPS for the damage if possible.
